Natamycin is a natural antimycotic ingredient, as a bio- preservative , it does not inhibit the growth of bacteria , Because it has no sterols in the bacterial cell wall and cell membrane.

It is mainly used to treat fungal infections in food and beverages.

Dairy, beverages, cooked meat, sauced and salad ,dressing, juice and all acidic , neutral and alkaline food.

How to use natamycin

Suggested application levels of Natamycin :

(Sausages, Cheddar cheese and similar products) :
Spray: 2500 – 4000 mg/l distilled water suspension
Feta Cheese and similar products :
15 mg/kg (direct addition) and in brine: 15 mg/l,
spry on surface of cheese and on seal of package: 2500 – 4000 mg/l distilled water suspension
Beverages:
Juices: 10 – 25 mg/l (direct addition)
Fruit preparations
10 – 25mg/l (direct addition)
Yoghurt & Creams: 8 – 25 mg/kg (direct addition)
